 What is Padlet?

Padlet is a sticky note tool that allows students to share their ideas or opinions by adding pictures, videos, audio recording and more. It is a way of specializing the things by using these multi media tools. If we think about how teachers can adapt it into a language learning, padlet welcomes them with a variety of options such as wall, canvas, stream, grid and more. Let's learn what the option "wall" is and how teachers can use it in language learning.

With this option, you can create a free space for your students to help them express themselves in the target language! Here is my padlet.You can also customize your own quizlet by clicking on the option button that is in the top right corner.
After doing this, you can want your students to write about themselves in the target language and share one of the touristic places in their country which they will 
add image.


Students will also know about each other and an interactive place is created thanks to Padlet. It can be really beneficial for students to write anything on Padlet with the usage of multimedia tools.

Before I start writing, I want to show you the elements of TPAC model by showing a picture. TPAC is a teaching model that emphasizes the learning process by including some elements like content , pedagogical and technological knowledge. Content Knowledge(CK) It is the piece of information that the teacher knows about the subject itself. It includes theories, concepts, approaches and so on.  What is Flipgrid? Flipgrid is a web platform where students are given the opportunity to share their own ideas or opinions about a topic that is given by their instructor by sharing their video . Teachers can generate a discussion which we can also say a "topic" to be discussed by their students and they can turn their camera on and talk about the topic at a given time. Of course there may be situations where some students do not want to do that but we have a solution for this. Teachers can allow those students to upload an image or an emoji. Generating a discussion As we can clearly see in the picture, there is a topic to be discussed. The students can share their video by clicking on the button "Record a Response" Responses Teachers can watch their students' video that is related to the discussion.
